Diversity.ca ILLUSTRATIVE OUTLINE — FOR SCOPING DISCUSSION Implementation responsibilities and handover plan This sample coordination pack makes dependencies, decisions and close-out evidence visible across the project team. 1. Responsibility matrix Who specifies, approves, supplies, installs, checks and maintains each agreed work item. 2. Sequence and decision log Dependencies, access windows, approvals and unresolved questions affecting delivery. 3. Handover register Documents, outstanding items, operating instructions and the owner’s acceptance decisions. A USEFUL STARTING POINT - The approved objectives, work items and project decision-maker. - Known suppliers, qualified trades and internal facilities contacts. - Operational constraints, access windows and required approval milestones. WHAT WE AGREE BEFORE STARTING - Coordination does not transfer professional design, site-safety or regulated-work duties from the responsible parties. - Final acceptance, commissioning and defect resolution responsibilities must be explicit in the project agreements. Final methods, contents and responsibilities are agreed in your proposal. https://diversity.ca/en/services/implementation/project-coordination/
