Diversity.ca ILLUSTRATIVE OUTLINE — FOR SCOPING DISCUSSION Impact logic and evidence plan This sample outline separates activities, outputs and intended outcomes so claims can be assessed against evidence. 1. Logic model The proposed links between resources, activities, outputs and outcomes, including assumptions. 2. Measurement plan Indicator definitions, feasible collection methods, responsibilities and review points. 3. Interpretation guide How to discuss contribution, uncertainty and alternative explanations when presenting results. A USEFUL STARTING POINT - The activities and intended changes to be evaluated. - Available baseline information and the practical limits on collecting new data. - Who will use the findings and what decisions depend on them. WHAT WE AGREE BEFORE STARTING - Indicators and targets must reflect available evidence and capacity; no result is assumed in advance. - Independent evaluation, causal attribution and assurance require a separately agreed methodology and scope. Final methods, contents and responsibilities are agreed in your proposal. https://diversity.ca/en/services/social-impact/impact-measurement/
