Diversity.ca ILLUSTRATIVE OUTLINE — FOR SCOPING DISCUSSION Inclusive leadership workshop outline An illustrative session design based on practical management choices, using fictional learning scenarios. 1. Decision scenarios Fictional situations involving participation, feedback and access to development opportunities. 2. Guided practice Structured discussion and rehearsal prompts for trying alternative management responses. 3. Personal application A take-away planning sheet for selecting a practice to try and a way to review it. A USEFUL STARTING POINT - The leadership level and experience of the intended participants. - Common management situations, described without identifying employees. - Existing leadership commitments the workshop should reinforce. WHAT WE AGREE BEFORE STARTING - Exercises use agreed fictional or anonymized scenarios, not unresolved employee cases. - A workshop offers practice and reflection; individual coaching or assessment requires a separate scope. Final methods, contents and responsibilities are agreed in your proposal. https://diversity.ca/en/services/training/inclusive-leadership/
