Start with the decision you need to make, the people affected and the constraints you face. We clarify the intended outcome, project boundaries, information requirements, language needs and decision-making structure before proposing the work.

02 — Assess and make sense of the evidence
Use the methods appropriate to the question: document review, interviews, workshops, journey mapping or a scoped accessibility assessment. We distinguish observed conditions from interpretation and identify limitations so that a recommendation is not mistaken for a complete picture.
03 — Prioritize and plan
Translate findings into choices. Consider the barrier addressed, the people affected, dependencies, effort and available resources. Agree on what can change now, what needs further investigation and what requires a longer investment horizon.
